Creative Hub: Arts and Crafts-Ballyfermot Library

 



On the 7th of December 2022, the children from 2nd classe enjoyed another trip to Ballyfermot library. This time the focus of the visit was a 'hands on' lesson in arts and crafts, which the children really enjoyed. Each child had the opportunity to create a piece of art.

Christmas celebrations

  On Monday 19th December, there was an 'open morning' for parents/guardians of children to visit the school and sit in on some Christmas activities in class. The children really enjoyed the experience, as did the adults. Also, the school choir sang some beautiful Christmas songs.  On the 20th of December, Santa visited to school and gave each child a present. School Tour-Fort Lucan

  On Monday 12th June 2023, children from both 2nd classes went on a wonderful school tour to Fort Lucan. The children went on water slides, a pirate ship, a wooden castle and a playground.  They also enjoyed Go-Karting and Crazy Golf, to name but a few activities on offer. Overall, it was a brilliant day that the children will remember for a long time to come. (Mr McGuire)
